Some krita files including vector shape are broken:
the vectors have wrong size, either way too big or too small.
It can be reproduced especially with two of the template files:
-Comics - European comics (shapes are much smaller than originally)
-Design - The last one ( 2140x1440 ) (shapes are much bigger than originally)
Those files used to work recently (last time I opened them was two weeks ago,
before doing this commit: dc9858c1e6067ca954e5dcd28d48c17e4bfeefff , though I'm
not sure how old was my build..)
