SUMMARY
When I want to charge my phone through computer, Device Notifier always
prevents charging. I think most users connect their phone to computer for
charging other than read files in the storage.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an Android phone and a KDE PC.
2. Connect phone to PC with USB cable.
3. Check the charging status in the phone and Device Notifier in the PC.
OBSERVED RESULT
Phone charges only a short time. Then Device Notifier tray icon appears and
charging immediately stopped.
EXPECTED RESULT
Phone should be charged.
