This issue can reproduced even without connecting to a server: just start KRDC,
switch to fullscreen mode and press the minimize button. Once you restore the
window again from task bar, it is restored as "normal" window instead of
fullscreen (but window content is the KRDC fullscreen one).
Not sure, but probably some other underlying component has changed (KRDC got
migrated from kdelibs4 to kf5).
I have not found any other KDE application which supports minimizing directly
from fullscreen mode (if you know one, please tell me so I could look into that
code).
