I removed "--read-var-info=yes" and the processing went further down the path.
However, then I get a mysterious segmentation fault.
Something like this happened a few years ago with stock debian kernel and I had
to recreate various kernel versions to see which one worked.
Anyway, I am not even sure what is segfaulting at this moment.
I will investigate.

I will also try the latest git version, too.
