SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Discover
2. Click on No Updates under About
3) Click on Check for Updates
OBSERVED RESULT
4) Error message received "Cannot refresh cache whilst offline"
EXPECTED RESULT
I expected to see a list of packagaes to install.
