a part of reset hotkeys

hi, gentlemen.
i swear you to add a button to set up all hotkeys(global, custom and others) to
None.
(every installing system i turn off all hotkeys to not push them accidently. It
takes time, and it will be cool to have one button reset for all hotkeys in
system.
Pinned one picture with my hotkeys. Red boxes shows hotkeys i had to turn off
by hand, it is a part of all hotkeys.

I am sorry if i post it in a wrong branch.

SYSTEM: fedora29
kernel - Linux localhost.localdomain 4.20.13-200.fc29.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Feb 27
19:42:55 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
kde(plasmashell) version - 5.14.5
