Hence this angle depends on how the photo was captured In my case, the Rot angles of astrometric solutions for different targets are ALWAYS very near to 90° or 180° STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In the Solver panel, Load & Slew already recorded FITS files 2. 3.
