i guess it's some kind of file with shortcuts
SUMMARY
After Settings < Global Shortcuts < Latte < Actiity (number) is set to default
meta + number, it doesn't work on my Ubuntu 19.04 system
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the global shortcuts (overriding plasma activities that are by default
on meta + number)
2. Press meta + number
OBSERVED RESULT
When editing text file, number is written to file.
EXPECTED RESULT
App with said number is opening ?
