STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open k3b, click "More actions..." button > "New video CD project"
2. add to your project a file containing accent in its name, let's say
"vídeo.mpg"
3. click "Burn" button, click "Burn" button again to start burning process
OBSERVED RESULT
k3b shows the error "could not stat() file `/home/stalker/vÃdeo.mpg': No such
file or directory". See screenshot and log attached.
EXPECTED RESULT
k3b burns the VCD project
