SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over username
2. Press Meta key
3. Move the pointer to a different position
4. Press the Meta key 2 times

PROPOSED FIX
Remove line 57 (header.state = "hint") in
plasma-desktop/applets/kickoff/package/contents/ui/FullRepresentation.qml since
the state "hint" is not used by the header anyways
