SUMMARY
Hitting `stamp` button when spectacle is already open, does not show it. If
spectacle is closed, the stamp button opens it but if it's already open the
button does nothing. I would expect it to have the same beahvior
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open spectacle
2. Minimize
3. Hit "stamp" button on the keyboard (or the associated shortcut to open
spectacle)
4. Nothing happens
