I can confirm the restart of the the current media being played by using the
right arrow.
What backend are you using you can check under System Settings >Multimedia >
Audio and Video > Backend.
Can you retest by instead of skipping by pressing the right arrow key in quick
succession just leave it pressed at least 10 seconds and report back.
