--- Comment #3 from Neousr <neo...@protonmail.com> --- If Gstreamer is the only backend it possibly lacks some plugins ( gstreamer1.0-plugins-good and gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly name can vary on your distro) to be able to play the media. On the other hand Dragon can use the VLC Phonon backend if you install the corresponding packages (phonon4qt5-backend-vlc and libvlc) and prioritize the backend on the settings menu.
