STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. apt purge flatpak
2. reboot
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
No more sddm on start
EXPECTED RESULT
Have sddm on start

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Workaround:
* Connect by ssh
* find process id of "/usr/lib/neon_update/neon_flathub.sh"
* killing it
* sddm will start
