SUMMARY
When any app (eg.: Kate, Firefox) is maximized, clicking on a minimized -
IntelliJ Idea / Pycharm / Android Studio / any Idea based app - instance in the
panel, doesn't bring its window to the foreground
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download and install IntelliJ Idea
https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/download-thanks.html?platform=linux&code=IIC
2. Go through the configuration wizard, until you get a window resembling the
one in the attachment
3. Minimize the window
4. Open any maximizable app (eg.: Kwrite) and make sure it's in the foreground
and that it's maximized
5. Try to click on the IntelliJ Idea panel entry
OBSERVED RESULT
The IntelliJ Idea window is not brought to the foreground
EXPECTED RESULT
The IntelliJ Idea window should be brought to the foreground / be the focused
window
