I can confirm this issue on Gentoo using KDE Frameworks 5.52.0, KDE Plasma
5.14.5, KDE Apps 18.08.3.
Version 5.9.3 reported by Kontact/Korganizer.
Fresh installation connected to an existing calendar through CalDav provided by
a Nextcloud instance.
Full-day todos with due date are shown one day to early if they are not
overdue. Overdue todos are shown at the current day.
