SUMMARY
papirus Icon theme is not displayed as option to apply the theme
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. open icons
3. press get new themes
4. press in order by - most downloads
5. press install on Papirus Icons
OBSERVED RESULT
when "get new themes" is closed in box where the listed themes are, there is no
papirus theme
EXPECTED RESULT
option to click on papirus theme to apply

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried with Install icon theme with file, I downloaded file for papirus theme
and clicked the file but it said "not valid icon theme archive"
