I tracked down the SVG in the Wayback machine to
view-source:https://web.archive.org/web/20131115233107/http://files.myopera.com/orinoco/svg/WorldCountries.svg
, deleted all the HTML that Internet Archive wrapped around it, opened the file
in Konqueror 5.0.97, and it works fine!
