SUMMARY
The smooth transition would look a bit better for the moment when the
notification bar is shrinking to a circle position and the sound badge apears.
I think that this is the only transition that is missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Chromium with a 99999 notification badge.
2. Make Chromium play a song.
OBSERVED RESULT
1. The Notification badge is instantly conversed into a circle without any kind
of transition in between.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. The should be a transition between the 2 final states.
