These config sections are not for disabling the html status bar, but for changing its appearance. These are my settings in the Reader section of kontactrc and kmail2rc: ColorbarBackgroundHTML=250,251,252 ColorbarBackgroundPlain=250,251,252 ColorbarForegroundHTML=0,116,185 ColorbarForegroundPlain=250,251,252 I configured it so that the background of the html status bar always matches the window background color (according to the color scheme you use), and for the text color, I set it to blue when HTML is active, and virtually invisible otherwise (by matching the color of the background in plain text emails). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
