I am not able to reproduce this issue. Following your advice I added 3 ports on
different positions at the component border. After save and load they are
always on the expected position.

I assume that they are all on the same widget position - please try to select
and move them to different locations.
Please append a related xmi test file showing the issue to this ticket.
