SUMMARY
The "→" that illustrates version upgrades is displayed as an empty box in
Kubuntu 19.04 dev. Standard font settings used. Default installation. Language:
Norwegian Nynorsk. Maybe the system is missing a font/package, or my system has
some obscure setting applied?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install (not upgrade to) Kubuntu 19.04
2. Update system to Plasma 5.14.90
3. Observe
