When I try to open another Konqueror instance, it just brings the running one
to the current desktop and gets focus instead of opening new window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open e.g. konsole with two tabs
2. execute `konqueror` in one konsole tab
3. put the konqueror window somewhere away
4. execute `konqueror` in the other konsole tab
OBSERVED RESULT
the running konqueror window is brought to foreground on the current desktop
EXPECTED RESULT
the running konqueror window is kept without any change
another konqueror instance - a new window opens at the current desktop
