It looks like Huion stuff works pretty well. Obviously there are a lot of
different tablet versions they make, so maybe there is something special about
the version you have. I don't specifically see KAMVAS Pro 12 on the list for
Krita.

I would probably try to see if your pen pressure works in another program. Then
try to contact Huion with what is going on. 

There are a number of people that use Krita and Huion (including me), so Huion
might be a better place to get support for troubleshooting. It could be a
combination of driver stuff and configuration to get it going
