This manifests in two ways:
- The Updates page has dozens of plasma components on top in the Applications
section, uselessly cluttering the display
- The Installed page lists Plasma components, allowing the user to futilely
attempt to launch them, and to dangerously attempt to remove them, which will
remove all of Plasma (Bug 403118)
We should not mark items that have AppStream information but are non-launchable
as apps for the purposes of viewing updates or installed items.
