While in the meantime it is possible to drag'n drop an encapsulated message
into a file system folder (e.g. to Dolphin) it is not possible to drop it into
a kmail folder. When releasing the mouse button the "Copy here" menu item
appears, but when clicking on it nothing happens (kmail
4:18.12.1+p18.04+git20190109.1907-0 from neon).
