The multibrush tool currently has 4 modes of operation:
1. Symmetry mode - deterministic, the user has full control over the outcome
2. Mirror mode - deterministic
3. Translate mode - non-deterministic, the position of sub-brushes depends on
random number gen, the user has limited control of distribution
4. Snowflake mode - deterministic.
Out of all of them, one multibrush type in particular stands out. This is of
course the translate brush.
the idea for this feature request is to add a new dialog window to allow users
to fine-tune parameters of the translate multibrush, instead of using rng to
determine them. See the attached file for more details on one of the ways this
can possibly work.
