Does Krita only crash if you try this with this exact file, or with any file? If Krita only crashes with that jpg file, please attach it to the bug report. If not, please go to https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html, locate the kritacrash.log file and attach it to the bug report. Please also attach the information from help/system information about bug reports to the bug report.
