SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings > Desktop Behavior > Desktop Effects
2. Open the filtering dropdown menu (between the search bar and "Get New
Effects")
3. Attempt to click / "check" the checkboxes
OBSERVED RESULT
The checkboxes don't become checked, but their background color changes to blue
(default Breeze theme). The filtering operation indicated by their description
seems to apply.
EXPECTED RESULT
The checkboxes should become checked when clicked / "checked"
