SUMMARY
all tool cursors replaced with "hand cursor" after using mirror tool
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select mirror tab and align inimage
2. cursor changes to hand and grab icon
3. select any paint tool
4. hand icon does not change
OBSERVED RESULT
hand icon does not revert any selected to tool icon when in image area. It only
changes to arrow icon when scrolling to top white bar.
EXPECTED RESULT
appearance of correct selected tool icon
