WISH: Show the tree structure of the headings in the currently opened markdown
file as tree with clickable items to quickly navigate through the document.
Maybe this could be implemented in the Symbol Viewer plugin which already
provides similar functionality (currently it says "Sorry, not supported yet").
"Symbol Viewer" could be extended to a generic "Document Outline" or "Structure
View" plugin. Furthermore, the default location of the Tool View could be
changed from the left to the right sidebar.
