Changing track header width can be awkward: if you reduce it to zero, you can
not increase it back
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the size of track header to zero, by pulling it to the left
OBSERVED RESULT
No obvious way to increase track header width back.
EXPECTED RESULT
Track header width can be changed from any size
