The plasmoid is untranslated, because the translation catalog has the
wrong name plasma_applet_org.kde.wacomtablet.po
src/applet/package/metadata.desktop has this entry:
X-KDE-PluginInfo-Name=org.kde.plasma.wacomtablet
To fix this bug, the extraction target in Messages.sh has to be changed to
plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.wacomtablet.pot and all existing translations have
to be renamed.
