SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Issue KDE Connect "Find my Phone" function
2. LG v20 phone has cover closed on it (

3. Phone does not make alerting sound until cover is opened
OBSERVED RESULT
-Find my phone doesn't work as intended unless cover is open
EXPECTED RESULT
-Find my phone make noise whether cover is open or not
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 18.10 + XFCE4 + KDE Connect 1.3.1-1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Issue appears to be on the KDE Connect android app side. The function of
finding phone when the phone doesn't have the cover on (awake,sleep,whatewver)
DOES work, just not when the cover is on (proximity sensor likely involved).
