1. Go into settings
2. Choose Desktop Behavior and then Desktop Effects
3. Open its settings
4. Check my claims
OBSERVED RESULT
You choose "Dont wobble when I resize the window" and you get the opposite, the
same the other way around.
EXPECTED RESULT
Obviously as described.
