SUMMARY
If you change resolution it changes refresh rate as well and in my case to
something like 40s.
If i change refresh rate first and Then change resolution it changes what i
want. But if i change refresh rate to Automatic it chanes resolution again.
This behaviour is frustrating alot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Change screen resolution

1. Change resolution to non native
2. Change refresh resolution to Auto
OBSERVED RESULT

Changes refresh rate and not to an optimal value either.

Changes screen resolution to native
EXPECTED RESULT

Refresh rate is unchanged

Screen resolution is unchanged
