Still a problem in KMPlayer 0.11.3d (KDE 4.13.3).
The first time I drag the position slider in KMplayer while playing an
audio-only file (tested with MP3), it restarts playback at the beginning.
Further attempts to drag it have no effect.
I can't test on any newer versions until I have time to upgrade off Kubuntu
14.04 LTS in early 2019.
