YES, I can confirm, that is still not running properly; I have kUBUNTU 18.04.1 since the dot1-release has been published. A lot of improvement has been made in comparison to 14.04, 16.04 and 17.10; thanks for that! But configuration of mouse (trackpoint) and touchpad is still a mess. F.e.: 1. SystemSettings > Hardware > InputDevices > Mouse > Extended: Changing those values does not really produce a convenient setting. 2. SystemSettings > Hardware > InputDevices > Touchpad: In all tabs mos of the options are greyed out an not even accessible. Please note, hat I'm using A German Version here, so the naming of the Menu-Options might be different in English. I'm ready to provide more data or testing if helpful for you. Thanks for any advice.
