We mainly use tool tips to show helpful information for practical reasons.
"What's this" is only used for tool buttons without text. I added "What's this"
information for the most important tool buttons now. If you have any
suggestions for more "what's this" information or tool tips or if you miss
anything, just let me know per mail.
