ccmake is not working correctly in konsole when configuring builds. The type of
build does not matter, this is repeatable with different projects.
After launching ccmake in the console, an interactive build GUI (in the
konsole) is used to customize a project build. After configuring the settings,
output is sent the the terminal, but I can't scroll up or down. Imagine being
in vi/vim and the cursor is not responsive.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch ccmake
2. Hit 'c' to configure build
3. Scrolling doesn't work, press 'e' to exit build
4. Profit?

Scrolling still doesn't work
Expected Results:
scrolling should work
