Hi Andrew, thank you for resoponding. 

Yes, this bug is still present in kile 2.9.92 (3-beta) on Plasma 5.13.5, KDE
framework 5.49.0 and Qt version: 5.11.2 on a Debian Buster installation as well
as an up-to-date Archlinux box which has Plasma 5.14.3, KDE framework 5.51.0
and Qt-version: 5.11.2 installed. 
On my work machine which currently still runs Debian Jessie, kile 2.1.3 has the
same problem. KDE here is version 4.14.2. Qt4 version should be 4.8.6 but I'm
not an admin on that machine. 

The description of the bug is still acurate. Indentation doesn't work properly
on static line wrap. Let me know if I can provide you with more information. 

I dropped using vim-mode quite some time ago, so I don't know if that is still
an issue.
