I fixed a couple of bugs:
* add tool tips for fit/evaluate range
* improve range display (digits)
* setting start values should not reset parameter list
Unfortunately i can not reproduce the preview problem you have. Do you set the
x-data and y-data columns before you set the parameter 'a' to 2?
Please check if this problem is still present for you in the rc2 package that
can be found at
