Opening Discover a couple of times, I noticed that I sometimes get the original
error and sometimes I get the following error "k3btheme.knsrc: Loading of
providers from file: https://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed" (see
second attachment). When I open the URL in the browser, I get the following
XML:
