I'm still back on KDE 4.13.3 (Kubuntu 14.04 LTS), but it's still a problem with
KMPlayer 0.11.3d, if that's useful information.
1. The Up button is still disabled when playing a video using the KMPlayer
KPart.
2. If I enter /srv/fservroot and choose to preview a video in the KMPlayer
KPart, the tab icon is that of the video file, but the tab name, tooltip, and
Konqueror history entry all say "fservroot".
