SUMMARY
After following the wiki procedure for installing kdesrc-build via Git, I
receive the following error when I attempt to run kdesrc-build on KDE Neon:
Can't locate ksb/Debug.pm in @INC (you may need to install the ksb::Debug
module) (@INC contains: /home/andrew/.bin/ /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.26.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.26 /usr/share/perl5
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.26 /usr/share/perl/5.26
/usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base) at
/home/andrew/.bin/kdesrc-build line 108.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdesrc-build from Git via the wiki instructions:
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source#kdesrc-build
2. Run kdesrc-build
OBSERVED RESULT
Receive error: Couldn't load the base platform for kdesrc-build!
