- A new installation of Kubuntu 16.04 final beta (27.March 2016)
- Connected android phone to usb port, turned on usb tethering in android.
(This procedure, using the same hardware, same android version turned on usb
tethering in a new installation of Kubuntu 15.04, but it doesn't work anymore
in kubuntu 16.04)

After plugging the phone to the usb port of the laptop and turning on the usb
tethering on the phone, the network manager system tray icon changes to show
usb tethering, but the internet connection doesn't work on the laptop. On the
phone, the internet works fine. On the laptop, writing a console command ping
www.yahoo.com produces the "unknown host" -error.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect android phone to usb port
2. Turn on the usb tethering on android phone
3. Network manager changes icon to show that usb tethering is on, but on laptop
there is no internet connetion

Actual Results:  
Internet connection was not enabled on the laptop

Expected Results:  
Internet connection should work on the laptop
