patch for Linux and Solaris calling __gnu_cxx::__freeres from libstdc++ (v3)
This time with proper tracking of writing a value to a register in the guest
state.
Previous patch was sometimes causing spurious warnings about using
uninitialized variable
in the freeres wrapper.
