Logo is a menu-button on tab bar
Menubar into a toolbar button

- Menu-items into a "dropdown" menu from the toolbar.
Either i) move to this way altogether (fixed static menu-button in the toolbar,
canot be removed(?)) or alternative to the menu-toolbar.
digiKam-logo on the toolbar could open digiKam program menu - for example.
Attached see Opera browser -> menu is not a toolbar but a button on tab bar.
Also such as Vivaldi browser does it this way (check they're source(?)).
