STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kate under Wayland session and maximize it
2. right click the window decoration, mouseover "More actions", check "Keep
above others"

OBSERVED RESULT
Weird shadow affects the plasma panel. See the screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
no weird shadow.
