This log shows that the db hasn't refreshed. Discover checks if it's been more
than 1h since it last refreshed.
This log doesn't tell us much. Maybe it is because it's after you refreshed.
Anyway, I'd say it's working okay, if you experience this again, let's look
into it more closely.
